Big Way (Private) Limited Team is providing
continuous backstopping support to BW staff for
institutional strengthening. In this regard
Institutional Strengthening section of Operation
organized a series of training sessions on all the
result areas. These training sessions were on
SAFETY instructions for driver , passenger and
specially to implement the SOPs of Covid-19.
The objective behind organizing the
training sessions was to help BWs’ staff for
developing understanding about the activities to
be performed for the smooth implementation of
instructions and to increase the technical skills
and performance of the BW staff and to enable
them to do their work ef.
